Wahey Archipelago is a series of small Indonesian islands between Borneo and Sulawesi. They are best known for the "Wallace Line", which passes through them. This line, discovered by British naturalist Alfred Russel Wallace, separates the primarily Asian species west of the division from the largely Australian species to the east.
