Port Henry is a hamlet (and census-designated place) in Essex County, New York, United States. The population was 1,194 at the 2010 census.

Port Henry lies on the eastern side of the town of Moriah and is approximately one hour's drive (52 miles or 84 km) south of Plattsburgh. It is by road south-southwest of Burlington, Vermont, north of Albany and south of Montreal, Quebec.[1]
