Bethel is a town in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States.[1] Its population was 20,358 at the 2020 census. The town includes the Bethel Census Designated Place.

Interstate 84 passes through Bethel, and it has a train station on the Danbury Branch of Metro-North's New Haven Line.
