William Walker, Blount Co., TN [21 January 2012]

William Walker is mentioned in a mortgage as a tenant of some land formerly held by a William Chisholm. The mortgage is on David Taylor and held by David Craig and Captain John Alexander. Dated 26 Aug 1797. Found on Family Search: [2]. --Beth 09:22, 21 January 2012 (EST)

Thanks Beth. I'll pursue this a bit. This is probably a grandson of John Walker Indian Killer. he did have a son William "the Wyandotte", but that William was CBI'd, is well accounted for, and never lived in TN. Q 10:50, 21 January 2012 (EST)
