Hi Terry

This certainly helps with the understanding of the Cowan's vis-a-vis St. John's.

I've made some changes to help with the formating---if you place a "<br>"at the end of the line it forces a line break. If its followed by a n empty line, you'll get a two line break.

I've also inserted a ":" in front of the date data, at the very beginning of the line. This forces each item to appear on a single line, indented slightly.

You can also use a "*" to indent, with the same effect, except that it comes out in bulletized format.

Some additional things

  • I've placed a section labeled "Sources" at the top, meaning this to be a space to identify where the information actually came from. It helps to be fairly specific with things like that so that others can go to the same place, either to see if there' something else there of interest, or just to verify what you've extracted.
  • I've also inserted a section labeled "Related"---meaning that this is a place to insert links to other documents of interest. Sometimes I insert link to analysis articles, other notebooks, or even specific person pages of interest. Just makes it easier to get to other relevant things, rather than having to figure it out on your own, or worse yet, miss interesting connections entirely. It also helps jog my own memory---which extends back only a few days it seems before I forget all about some great article that I've inserted---somewhere---if only I could find it---if only I could remember wriing it. Seriously, working on a wiki its easy to forget what exactly you've done. So all the bells and hooks that you can add as a "finding aid" cum "memeory jog", are all to the benefit.
