Lovett -
Abraham Henry Lovett was born in Norwich around 1809 I do not yet know who his parents are. He went to London around 1830 to be a bookbinder and book seller. He had a son Franics Henry Lovett to a Mary? in 1835 in Soho London then He had a daughter Emma Lovett in 1837 do not know mothers name. Then in 1839 He had another son William Clark Lovett also born in Soho London. His mother is stated on this birth certificate as Marth Lovett formly Rodgers nee Alaway. I have found that she had been married to a Thomas Rodgers in 1829 and had a daughter to him. The Lovetts moved in 1840 to Kings Street Covant garden, shown on the 1841 census. Then they moved by 1851 to Fetters Lane St Dunstan London, they were here on the 1861 census. Francis, now called Henry Lovett was married by then to Lucy Tidman.Henry became a civil engineer and work on the construction of Tower Bridge in London. William Clark Lovett in 1861 is an apprentice copper smith. In 1862 he married Eliza Longman from Somerset in St Thomas church Woolwich, London. They had my Great Grand father Robert Clark Lovett in 1866.
Abraham Henry Lovett died in St Olaves, Southwark, London in 1865 age 55 years old. Martha Elizabeth Lovett died in Greenwich, London in 1892 aged 88 years old
