Suggested Format for Use and Citation

In Burial textboxes, enter

  • Date = burial date
  • Place = cemetery name (begin typing and name should appear for selection in dropdown). This is a very helpful step that will allow for the creation of an index of linked person pages for each cemetery page (a unique feature in werelate).
  • Description = if desired, add text
  • Source = corresponding source citation number (ex. S1, S2, etc.)
  • Image = if desired, add corresponding image number (ex. I1, I2, etc.)
  • Notes = if desired, add corresponding note number (ex. N1, N2, etc.)

In Source Citation textboxes, enter

  • Source = Source
  • Title = Hittagraven (begin typing and name should appear for selection in dropdown)
  • Record name = Grave Recorded [URL], where URL = the specific URL to the record page,
  • Text = if desired, add specific information from the record. This is usually very helpful and much appreciated by other researchers. It also provides a safeguard against the possibility of losing record information due to dead links to the website in the future.
