About This Resource:
"Brattons Cemetery is located on Route 39 in Bath County approximately 2 miles south of the town of Goshen. Continue on Route 42 and it will change to Route 39 in the town of Goshen, continue on Route 39 and when you go up a large hill the cemetery will be on the left side of the road (about 2 miles). The cemetery itself is on the side of a hill and is very old and while still in use today is not in the best of condition. There are lots of tombstones that are either moss covered or unreadable from time and the elements. The oldest part of the cemetery is at the bottom of the hill to the left of the entrance where there are members of the Bratton family interred."
