Samuel Packard (1605-1684) married Elizabeth Stream, and immigrated in 1628 from England to Hingham, Massachusetts, moving to Bridgewater, Massachusetts in 1660. Daniel Packard (1782-1853), direct descendant in the sixth generation, moved from New Hampshire to Camden, Maine, married Mary (Polly) Mossman in 1806, and built Bear Hill Farm near Camden. Descendants lived in New England, North Carolina, Alabama, Colorado and elsewhere.
