Ystradfellte is a small village in since 1974 in southern Powys, Wales, in the Fforest Fawr area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It was formerly in the historic county of Breconshire. It lies beside the Afon Mellte [a river]. The village is connected via minor roads with Heol Senni to the north and to the A4059 road north of Penderyn and with Pontneddfechan at the head of the Vale of Neath to the south.
