White Clay Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery was established in 1752 when a new church building was constructed for the White Clay Creek Presbyterian Church.

Located about a mile south of the original church building and cemetery, it was used simultaneously with the old cemetery until about 1816 when the last known burial took place in the old cemetery. Burials after 1816 took place in this new cemetery.
