Warlaby is a small village and civil parish in the Hambleton District of North Yorkshire, England. It is near the A684 and Morton-on-Swale. It is 1 mile west of Northallerton.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Warlaby was located in Northallerton Rural District. Historically, it was located in the ecclesiastical parish of Ainderby Steeple in the Gilling East Wapentake. It was in the Northallerton Registration District.
