Located on the Waring Plantation, Pine Hill Tract, southwest of Summerville, on what used to be called Cane Acre Road, now Summer Road.

Established in 1749 or before by the Waring Family.

There are believed to be numerous other graves in this cemetery, however, there are no markers.
