St. Issey (Cornish: Egloskrug) is a civil parish and village in Cornwall, England. It is situated approximately two miles (3 km) south of Padstow. The parish covers an area of approximately 4,500 acres (18 km2).

St. Issey was part of the St. Columb Major Rural District from 1894 until 1934 and located in Wadebridge Rural District from 1934 until 1968. In 1968 Wadebridge Rural District was expanded and became Wadebridge and Padstow Rural District from 1968 until 1974.
