Saint-Alexandre was a parish in the historical county of Iberville.
In 1988, it merged with the village of Saint-Alexandre and formed the municipality of Saint-Alexandre. This municipality is currently located in the Regional County Municipality of Le Haut-Richelieu, Montérégie, Québec, Canada.[1]
