Rivière-du-Portage was a settlement in Northumberland County, New Brunswick at the intersection of Route 11 and the eastern terminus of Route 370. This community was incorporated into the Regional Municipality of Grand Tracadie–Sheila.
Located 6.5 km NE of Brantville, on the road to Tracadie Beach: Alnwick Parish, Northumberland County: named for the nearby portage route from the Big Tracadie River to Tabusintac Bay: PO Légère 1885-1962 with Isaiah Légère as the first postmaster: PO Rivière-du-Portage from 1962.
