Ottawa Hills is a village in Lucas County, Ohio, United States. The population was 4,517 at the 2010 census. The village serves as an affluent bedroom community and suburb of Toledo. The Ottawa Hills school district ranked first in the state in student performance for the 2007-2008 school year.[1] The village is ranked 13 out of 1065 political subdivisions in the state of Ohio by per capita income.
