[edit] Usage NotesOLD EASTBURY BURYING GROUND IN 1730, THIRTY GLASTONBURY FAMILIES PETITIONED THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR PERMISSION TO ESTABLISH A SEPARATE CHURCH SOCIETY. THE ORIGINAL MEETING HOUSE STOOD ACROSS THE STREET UNTIL ITS REMOVAL IN 1820. BURIALS WERE MADE HERE UNTIL THE CIVIL WAR PERIOD.
Old Eastbury Cemetery is located at 975 Manchester Road, Glastonbury, Connecticut on the West side of highway 83 south of highway 94. The entrance is across the road from 968 Manchester Rd.
