Ochakiv also known as Ochakov (; ; ; and Vozia, and Alektor ( in Greek) is a small city in Mykolaiv Oblast (region) of southern Ukraine. Serving as the administrative center of Ochakiv Raion (district), the city itself does not belong to the raion and is designated as a city of regional significance. Population:

For many years the city fortress served as a capital of the Ottoman province (eyalet).
