Notre Dame de Lourdes is a community located 5.29 km northeast of Siegas in Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish in Madawaska County. It was first called Upper Siegas when the area was part of Saint Léonard Parish. Post Office Upper Siegas existed 1911-1950, but was renamed after the parish of Notre Dame de Lourdes was created.
