Middletown is a borough in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States, on the Susquehanna River, southeast of Harrisburg. As of the 2020 census it had a population of 9,550.[1] It is part of the Harrisburg–Carlisle Metropolitan Statistical Area.
