Middleton St George is a village in the borough of Darlington and the ceremonial county of County Durham, England. It is served by Dinsdale railway station.

It has an estimated population of about 3,500 people and is situated approximately two miles from the outskirts of Darlington. It has grown rapidly since the mid-1990s becoming the main commuter area for Darlington. It is served by two shops, three barber shops, three pubs, one takeaway, a veterinary surgery, a petfood shop, a doctor's surgery, a private day nursery, a dental surgery and a chemist. Within a mile of the village is Durham Tees Valley Airport, formerly RAF Middleton St. George. The Primary School: Headteacher is Mrs Glesson, Deputy Head Mrs Pollard, Class 1 is Mrs Bentley, Class 2 is Mrs Barker, Class 3 is Mrs Lyonette, Class 4 is Miss Kyaw, Class 5 is Mrs Cavangh/Mrs Brac, Class 6 is Mr Simpson, Class 8 is Mr I'Anson and Class 9 is Mrs Cox. They also have links with Hurworth School because most year 7 students go there Joe Horn was a pupil at the primary school until july but he describes his time there as amazing he left because he was to old

The original line of the Stockton and Darlington Railway passed through the village.
