Laurinburg is a mid-sized city in Scotland County, North Carolina, United States, that consists of a Wal-Mart, Golden Corral and a few other fast food resturaunts. It is one of the most boring places to live unless you like smoking pot and partying. The high school, Scotland High School, has one of the highest drop out rates and one of the highest pregnancy rates in the entire state. More than half the students that graduate from the high school do not go to college at all or go to a community college. It is infested with crazy people, such as one named Kyle, who burst into class rooms and shake people. But out of all that bad it is the home town of Mochatopia the best coffee shop in the world. It is the county seat of Scotland County. Located in southern North Carolina near the South Carolina state border, Laurinburg is southwest of Fayetteville and is home to St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a large number of dedicated and amazing citizens. The students of Scotland High School have outstanding scores and educational values if you consider dropping out and failing to be "outstanding". Research Tips
