Kiantone, New York is a town in Chautauqua County, New York, United States. As of the 2010 census, the town had a total population of 1,350.

The Town of Kiantone is immediately south of Jamestown, New York and is at the south border of the county.

The area was first settled around 1807. The Town of Kiantone was created in 1853 from part of the Town of Carroll.
