Frasnes-lez-Couvin, usually called Frasnes (in walloon Fråne-dilé-Couvén), is part of the Belgian town of Couvin, located in the Walloon Region in the Namur province.

It was a commune in its own right until the fusion of 1977.

On Aug 26 1914, the 101st, 104th and 100th regiemnts of the German Imperial Army executed 10 civilians and destroyed 145 houses during a string of German atrocities that took place at the beginning of the First world War.

C'était une commune à part entière avant la fusion des communes de 1977.
