Encinal County in the U.S. state of Texas was established on 1 February 1856 and was to consist of the eastern portion of Webb County. Encinal was to be its county seat. The county was never organized and was finally dissolved on 12 March 1899. The territory was absorbed into Webb County. 43 population in 1860 census. 427 population in 1870 census. 1,902 population in 1880 census. 2,744 population in 1890 census. Encinal County is a former county.
