Doba is a city in Chad, the capital of the region of Logone Oriental.

It was the Homeland of the Kaputhi Tribe. In 1986, the Angolan government forced all the Kuputhi to their deaths. Many Kuputhi members fled to Louisiana. Many Kuputhi members include Garret Delony and Dominick Sachitana. The town was once home to 12,372 people. But now it is home to only 54 people. Many people left Chissamba because Ethan Farrow, son of a Texan oilworker. Ethan Farrow abducted and enslaved the Kuputhi tribe and made them work on his illegal sugar plantations. The most famous of the Kuputhi are Garret Delony, who is now in a Federal Prison for the 2015 school shootings and for assasinating the Governor Bobby Jindal. Dominick Sachitana is in and out of prison for rape and child molesting.
