Balilihan, officially the Municipality of Balilihan, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 18,694 people.

It is located northeast of Tagbilaran through Cortes (via CPG North Avenue), or northeast through Corella (via J.A. Clarin Street). It has the fourth largest land area of the province, with 127.27 km2 (49.14 sq. mi) of land.
