Aber (or in its long form: Abergwyngregyn) is a village and community of historical note in Gwynedd, a county and principal area in Wales. Under its historic name of Aber Garth Celyn it was the seat of Llywelyn ap Gruffudd.

It is located five miles (8 km) east of Bangor, eight miles (13 km) west of the town of Conwy, adjacent to the A55 road.

The Aber community (or parish), which covers an area of 2,970 hectares (11.5 sq mi), had a population of 240 in the UK census of 2011.
