death date [10 January 2012]

I removed the death date of "3 Oct 1754" in Peabody, MA.

1. There is no source.
2. The required age at death, 99, is extremely old for a man, to the point of being unlikely.
3. It is not recorded in Danvers (from which Peabody was formed) or Salem, nor Woburn.
4. Thomas Carter lived in Woburn, so why is his death in Peabody (Danvers)?
5. It is suggestively similar to wife's death date of 5 Oct 1734, hinting an error in bookkeeping.
