If you added at the beginning of every line of your notes, the reader could distinguish one from the next. Also, the abbreviations used may not be understood by everyone; other users speak different languages and abbreviations vary from continent to continent even amongst English-speakers. --Goldenoldie 14:51, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
