There is no one by the name of Burley or Bulkeley or Buckley among the founders of Windsor, Connecticut. What's the reason for thinking he may have settled and died in Windsor? Or, for that matter, that he is the father of Mary Buckley/Bulkeley?

Family Search gives a different parentage to Mary Buckley.
