No such daughter? [14 June 2012]

From what I read, David Carpenter b. Rehoboth 17 Apr 1675. Enoch Hunt d. 1652, so it is unlikely any daughter of his married David Carpenter as she would be at least 23 years older than him.

This source (plus others), says the wife was Rebecca (---) Hunt, widow of Ephraim Hunt (a grandson of Enoch, by son Peter). Ephraim b. 1661, whose first child is b. 1687 (Vital Record of Rehoboth), and it appears from his probate papers that David was his apprentice (NEHGR, p. 63:133, see account of Rebecca Hunt). --Jrich 15:28, 14 June 2012 (EDT)
