Any proof for London birth or given parentage? [2 September 2012]

The source given 'The early Daytons and descendants of Henry, Jr.' by Jacobus gives no speculation as to Ralph's parentage, and says that a ca 1588 Kent, England birth was likely. Is there a newer source that gives some proof?--Daniel Maxwell 18:00, 2 September 2012 (EDT)
