There were two cousins named Peter Ferris, who were born within a year of each other.

Peter Ferris, son of Peter Ferris and Elizabeth Reynolds. His birth date is usually listed as June 20, 1660, but he is probably the son referred to in Huntington's Register as "a son, born 20. 6, 1659". Converting from the Julian date would make his date of birth 20 Aug. 1659. He married twice, and died 2 Jan. 1736/7.

Peter Ferris, son of Joseph Ferris and Ruth Knapp. He was born 9th mo. 8, 1660 (8 Nov. 1660). He died unmarried, 31 Jan. 1690.--GreenJean 15:07, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
