What is the documentary source for the existence of Mary Button? Several places on the internet she is named as the wife of John Lewis, but the Rhode Island Records do not name John Lewis' wife? This listing for Mary Button's birth says she was born in East Greenwich, Kent, England, but is there an East Greenwich in Kent, England. There is an East Greenwich in Kent County, Rhode Island. But East Greenwich in Rhode Island did not exist in 1634 when Mary Button was said to be born.--Bill Wright 17:36, 29 August 2010 (EDT)
