birth location [10 June 2011]

I also question when I see a birth in Ipswich, England and a death in Ipswich, Mass. (or Weymouth, or Plymouth, or any of those like named towns) because it is so prevalent among Internet genealogists to simply extrapolate a birth location from the death location. Then presumably some slightly more knowledgable person who realized the family was in England at the time, assumed they meant Ipswich, England, and now we have the beginnings of a myth (genealogy without source is mythology). The father is supposed to have been a lawyer in London, so I suspect that this scenario might not be too far off. --Jrich 19:08, 21 May 2011 (EDT)

According to Waterman and Jacobus, Hale, House 518, her birthplace is unknown but she did die in Ipswich, Mass., widow of William Norton. I'm about to merge her with two Abigails, of which Emanual had none with either wife (same ref.)--Jaques1724 23:10, 9 June 2011 (EDT)-I just realized that one of the Abigails was real and married to a Montague of Hadley, she just was not of this family.--Jaques1724 23:13, 9 June 2011 (EDT)
