I removed death date of 5 Mar 1792 in Smithfield. No source given, no record of this found. Her husband died 6 Mar 1792 and according to Source:Roberts, Vincent Beckley. Search for the Immigrant Ancestors of Vincent Beckley Roberts, p. 593: "Uriah died at Smithfield, Providence, RI, on 06 Mar 1792 and was survived by wife Hannah."
