Reasons behind rollback of recent edit [14 March 2016]

Re: moving the Spraker passage

The Spraker passage had been moved out of the citation box and into the main body of the page. I moved it back into the citation box again, because it is essentially a transcript which should remain intact. Moving it to the main body increases the possibility that future editors will not realize that it is a direct quote and will edit the text, thereby corrupting the transcript. --Cos1776 17:41, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
