Who are Dorcas Day's parents? [21 June 2009]

This is one of my brick walls...

Dorcas' parents are uncertain. Josiah Day is the most likely, as he is known to be living in Georgetown at this time, but her birth does not appear to be recorded.

An alternate theory is that Dorcas is in some way descended from Family:Joseph Day and Patience Hilton (1); the fact that her name is Dorcas and one of her daughters is Patience makes me think there may be a connection. The next step is to pursue the descendant lines for Joseph and Patience's male children.--Kennebec1 17:14, 21 June 2009 (EDT)
