Person talk:Clement Pabodie (1)

Existence of Clement Pabodie [15 November 2021]

There is a book that says this. Can't tell how good the book is because I can't see it [1]. Genealogies of Sebastian J. Trefethen and Elizabeth Locke and James Isaac Dalrymple and Elizabeth Hazen by Eileen E. Langley, Vol. 1, p. 62. Just because they aren't in the will, only means they didn't live to adulthood (in this case 1649 nearly 30 years after the alleged baptism), not that they didn't exist. With the immigration, not sure the assumption about the will is as strong anyway. --Jrich 15:57, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

From the book snippet shown, it appears that the book confuses John Peabody of Duxbury (died 1667) with John Peabody of Great Glen, Leicestershire (will 1652). I have moved Clement to the family of the latter, since we know he lived in Great Glen.
