Per Death Registers Vol 1-3, 1865-1969 Grant Co WVA (LDS Microfilm #0809857), Vol 1 pg 1 line 20:

"Keplinger, Ann J. white, female, died Oct 1865 in Hardy (now Grant) Co of Flux. Age 35. Parents: John Sears. Born Hardy Co, VA, Husband Geo Keplinger Jr. Reported by Isaac Keller, Brother in law"

Flux - An excessive flow or discharge of fluid like hemorrhage or diarrhea. It could have been cholera.--maseattle 20:03, 2 August 2011 (EDT)
