I believe James M. Young that lived in Lively Grove just a few miles from where William was raised by the Black family, was Williams father. I believe the middle Int in James M. Young stands for Mack/Mac and he went by his middle name. James Young was born in Alabama area and his wife was Jane Robinson, I think she was related to the Lively family in the area through marriage. I found in the 1865 local state census of Lively Grove a Mac Young living next to David Young & in the Federal 1870 census James M Young was living next to David Young (this was only in a 5 year period). I can only find one William Young in this area in the 1870 census of the same age and again in 1880 census at 12 going to school, I believe this to be my Grandfather. Williams story of him being dropped off by Indians when he was young and raised by the Black family might be true cause he never said how old he was when he was dropped off by the Indians, but it would of been after he was 12 cause he is still living with James M Young in 1880 census.
