William Touchstone may be the William Touchstone born July 19, 1772 to Henry and Margret (Mahen) Touchstone of St. Mary Anne's (North Elk) Parish in Cecil County, Maryland, or another Henry Touchstone of that Parish. 1795 Dec 1 - William Touchstone and Jesse Pugh gave security in connection with the administration of the estate of William Cochran. Cochran's 1795 Will names his children, including Margaret Calvert. Large landowner, with Winchester town lots and farm land near Isaac Perkins, George Hogg and Hollingsworths and others on upper drains of Opequon, including acreage of Great Waggon road.
