link William Stebbing of Black Notley, Essex has no baptism records or burial records. We do not know his parents or the name of his wife. He had five children baptized there between 1 Nov 1593 and 18 Mar 1603/4 when he left the parish. He may be the man of the same name in the Braintree Vestry Book 6 Sep 1619. His known children in Black Notley are Ellen, Edward, Amy, Thomas and Margaret. If he was identical to the man of Braintree then also Edith in 1610.
