I believe he was the son of James Siddens (1829-1907) and Mary Adeline Sisk (1828-1913), also shown as Six or Sisks or Sicks.

 In the 1880 census for Steuben, Warren, Indiana Census, Wm. Siddens Jr. is 27 IN (father IN, mother KY) 'farmer'; with wife Anna, 21, IN (father IN, mother KY); and son Clifford L. 2, IN IN IN. {page 50A} They are next to K. T. Shankland.
 In the 1900 census in Fairfield, Tippecanoe Co., Indiana, William Siddens is 43 born Sept 1857 Indiana (parents same), 'traveling salesman', married 23 years; with wife Anna 40 b. Aug 1859 in Indiana (parents Virginia), with 2 of 2 children living; children are Clifford 22 born Oct 1877, and Pearle 19 born Nov 1880. {ed (150?), sh 10b, p. 100, roll 405}

 According to an IGI record, Pearl L. Siddons, daughter of "Wm & Smith", married Allen Parker in 1904 in Berrien Co., Michigan. Allen and Pearl L. Parker are listed in the 1910 census in the Philipines with the military.
 There is a Clifford Siddons listed in Iowa after 1920.
