Know all men by these presents that I William Reynolds for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid and for the further consideration of a settlement with Will Daniel of a certain interest growing out of the estate of one William Reynolds Deceased, I do hereby bargain with and sell to said William Daniel all rights Title or interest in Law or Equity which I may have in the estate of Alce Reynolds Deceased be ___ same choses in action real person or mixed property. Ky. by their commissioner, James Robertson, 205 acres, it being a part of a track of 7187 acres that was patented to John Hoomes. This deed was lodged in County Clerk's office June 13, 1840 and recorded December 4, 1840.

The price of this land was $1000 and it corners the land of Allen McAlister.
