Hello list,
Is anyone researching the MOORE'S of Gallia Co? Listed below is all I have
on my William MOORE'S family except for Paul MOORE, who was my
gggrandfather. I am looking for John Gats MOORE, David MOORE and James
MOORE. Also looking for the family of Rebecca MOORE, and Jacob RUTHERFORD.
William lived in Raccoon Twp and may have been related to other MOORE'S who
lived there. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1. *WILLIAM MOORE was born Abt. 1780 in Virginia, and died October 18,
1824 in Gallia County Ohio. He married *MARY "CATHERINE" SHOEMAKER,
February 13, 1816 in Gallia County Ohio, daughter of *JOHN "PAUL" SHOEMAKER
and *CATHERINE (SHOEMAKER). She was born August 02, 1784 in Lebanon Co,
PA, and died November 19, 1865 in Knox County Illinois.
