    (b) William Henry Mayo, born 1884, died 1940, son of Lacy Rayfield Mayo, married first, Martha Brothers. Second, he married Martha Powers and third, he married Martha Eattaville. His children were: Anna Mayo Lupton, James Mayo, William Carlos Mayo Jesse Raymond Mayo, Olivia Mayo Whorton, and William Henry Mayo, Jr. He also raised two of his granddaughters, Billie Jean and Willie Ella Caho, children of his daughter Olivia, deceases. Henry Mayo is buried in Mayo Cemetery, Campbell Creek, North Carolina.
