Sophia Haselton & Meriam Haselton of Murderkill Hundred, Kent Co for £250 sold to William Haselton of same place a 100 a. tr of land in the hundred afsd adj Murderkill Cr, whereas Richard Richardson formerly of Little Creek Hundred, Kent Co by his wife became vested in a 200 a lot the 3rd lot from the head of the tr Ousby which Thomas Heatherd by his deed of gift conveyed to his son in law John Price who conveyed the same to John Robinson who was another son in law to Thomas Heatherd, and the said Richard Richardson died and left issue which said pt/o the afsd tr to be conveyed is bounded by a corner marked in 1687 & the heirs of Philip Barratt esqr decd agreeable to a survey made 3 May 1771 by Samuel McCall surveyor laid out for 100 a. . . . the said Sophia Haselton & Miriam Haselton appoint Simon Wilmer Wilson of the Town of Dover their atty to ackn this deed in court . . .
